Here at Fusion Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Freestyle Academy in Urmston our academy has been created so children/youth and young adults learn about gymnastics, cheerleading and freestyle in a fun and positive environment and at the same time helping them develop their social, mental and emotional skills. Children learn progressively in a lively, fun and creative way. Many benefits are not just related to learning physical gymnastics skills but also improving discipline, tackling challenge, overcoming fears, learning to perform in front of people and increased self confidence. Our vision is to develop an academy in Urmston which gives every child, beginner or advanced right up to adults the opportunity to participate and achieve in Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Freestyle Activities!!!

General Gymnastics
Gymnastics for All – the right place to start Gymnastics is a safe, fun and challenging sport that offers movement opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Providing participation across nine different disciplines, gymnastics has something for everyone. Based on the notion that gymnastics is a sport for everybody, we are offering a variety of activities, programmes, events and competitions suitable for all genders, age groups and abilities, Gymnastics for All contributes to personal health, fitness and well-being. The focus of Gymnastics for All activities is Fun, Fitness, Friendship and Fundamentals, involving •Gymnastics with or without apparatus •Gymnastics and Dance The children will work toward Fusion GEM Awards
Fusion FreeStyle ParkOur Ninja
Fusion Freestyle ParkOur-Ninja classes are for those of you at a beginner to intermediate level. You will be taught, in depth, various techniques and movements as well as progressions and how to improve your weaknesses in a friendly environment. Great exercise get fit whilst having fun and learning new skills. If you fancy trying your hand at becoming a real-life Spider-Man/Women, then Fusions parkour and free running academy might just be for you. Our disciplines – which generally involve moving around urban spaces using a combination of running, climbing, vaulting, jumping and rolling are extremely popular.
Party Time
Children will have a fun-filled time with our qualified coaches on all the gymnastics equipment. Children will play games, learn new skills and have a fantastic time. Your party will have exclusive use of our gymnastic facilities.
You will have a 1 hour party in the gym, where coaches will start the session with warm up fun games then assist the children on the equipment, this is followed by 30 minutes in our party area for refreshments. You will need to provide all the food, drink, cake, decorations and party bags and we will provide the equipment, coaches and fun!

Parties are on Sundays 2:30-4pm

All children will have to pay an annual insurance fee with Independent Gymnastics Association which runs from 1st October - 31st September.
Please make sure your child is wearing either leotard or shorts/leggings and a T-shirt. Long hair must be tied back and no jewellery is to be worn.
